If you need a special or custom-made product, (such as toilet partitions or certain water heaters) you will be required to:

1. Submit the product specifications desired, and, in the case of items like toilet partitions, provide complete, detailed drawings.

2. Once you have accepted our price, you will be required to review, sign and return to us a "special order" form, which will list the product, terms and shipping address.

3. On certain items, a deposit may be required.

4. Once ordered, these products are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
