Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Wallingford Sales Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Wallingford Sales Company will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Product Pricing and Availability:
1. Due to market fluctuations, and changes from the manufacturers, our pricing
is subject to change. 2. Even though most items will ship within 24 hours when shipped from our
warehouse, some items that ship from the manufacturer may take longer. Please
allow sufficient time for processing your order and delivery. Wallingford Sales
Company or its employees or vendor partners are in no event liable for shipment
of delivery times of products ordered.
Special and/or Custom made products
If you should need a special or custom made product, (such as toilet partitions
or certain water heaters) you will be required to:
1. Submit product specs desired, and in the case of toilet partitions, complete
drawings. 2. Once you have accepted our price, you will be required to sign and return to
us a “special order” form which will list the product, terms and ship to point.
3. On certain items, a deposit may be required. 4. Once ordered, these products are non-cancelable, non-returnable and
non-refundable.
Product Warranty:
1. We have printed the manufacturer’s warranty policy for the item you have
purchased on this site. 2. The products manufacturer will be responsible for honoring their warranties.
3. If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, contact the
manufacturer’s customer service department. 4. Please feel free to contact us at 1-866-977-2537 for help.
Product warranty disclaimer:
Wallingford Sales Company disclaims all other product warranties, including any
implied warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and
will not be responsible for consequential damages. All products must be
installed according to manufacturer’s specifications.
Merchandise Delivery Policy:
DO NOT sign the freight bill until you have:
1. Inspected the carton/merchandise for damage and 2. Notated any damage on the freight bill

Product Return Policy:
Damaged Goods Note: Keep the merchandise and the original packing! Do not return damaged merchandise to us or the manufacturer. You must follow the
procedure below.
If damaged merchandise was delivered by UPS:
1. Let the delivery person know and Call UPS @ 1-800-742-5877 to file the claim
If damaged merchandise was delivered by LTL freight carrier:
1. After you have notated the damaged product on the Freight bill, keep a copy
of the freight bill and request the driver to give you the phone number of the
freight line so that you can file a claim. 2. Follow their instructions, they will work with you to resolve the claim.
3. Contact us at 1-866-977-2537 to order a replacement product or go online and
order.
Return of a product (Our mistake!)
Even contrary to our best efforts, we make mistakes! (Just ask my wife!) If you
should receive the incorrect product and it is our mistake, please:
1. Call us at 1-866-977-2537. 2. We will issue you a RGA Number (Returns Goods Authorization Number). This
number must appear on the shipping label for us to know who to give credit to. 3. We will instruct you how to ship the product back and where to ship it to. In
these cases we will pay for the freight back and will credit you the full amount
of your purchase price plus freight. 4. Product must be new, in the original manufacturer’s box with all packing,
complete and unused with all parts to have credit issued. 5. We will ship you the proper product.
Return of a product (Your mistake!)
Yes, it’s true, we all make mistakes! If you made an error when ordering, and
wish to return the item, please:
1. Call us at 1-866-977-2537. 2. We will issue you a RGA Number (Returns Goods Authorization Number) This
number must appear on the shipping label for us to know who to give credit to.
3. We will give you instructions as to where to return the merchandise to. Even
though we stock most of the products offered, some products ship from the
manufacturer and these may need to be returned to them. 4. You will need to ship the product back “insured” on the carrier of your
choice. Insuring the product benefits you in the case of damage or if the
carrier should lose your product. Please send is a copy of the return tracking information. We
cannot issue credit on damaged items or items we do not receive. 5. All returns will incur a 25% restock fee. So you will be credited the price
of the product less shipping/handling cost and the 25% restock fee.
Non-Returnable
Items:
1. Product that has been installed. 2. Products that are “special-order” and/or custom-made products (such as toilet
partitions). 3. Products that are not new. 4. Products not returned in the original manufacturer’s box with all packing. 5. Products missing parts. 6. Products not in perfect condition and working order. 7. Products not returned within 30 days of receipt. 8. Products stated as non-returnable. 9. Items that have a shelf life (such as emergency eye-wash chemicals). 10. Damaged items. File a claim with your carrier, they will reimburse you. 11. Products not ordered from us.
